Module submission agreement

Plain words first. If anything here is unclear, email admin@kedaipabz.xyz before you submit.

Version 1.0, 12 October 2026

The short version

  • Only send code you wrote or have the right to give away.
  • We review it on a private test store. We never run it on a live store or on this server.
  • If you tick "Share", we may use it to build an official module for every KedaiPabz store, for free.
  • If you tick "Sell", we may send you an offer. Nothing is sold until you accept and we pay.
  • Once we pay, the module belongs to KedaiPabz. You keep using it on your own store.

1. Who this is between

This agreement is between you, the holder of the KedaiPabz Kit licence used to submit ("you"), and KedaiPabz ("we"). By ticking the agreement box and submitting, you accept the version shown above. The version you accepted is saved with each submission.

2. What you promise

  1. You wrote the code, or you have written permission from whoever did to send it under these terms.
  2. It contains no malware, hidden calls, backdoors, tracking you did not describe, or code copied from paid products.
  3. Any open-source parts are listed in the README with their licence, and that licence allows commercial use.
  4. It does not include anyone's customer data, passwords or API keys.

3. Review

You allow us to open, read, test and change your submission to decide whether to use it. We may decline any submission without giving a detailed reason. Declined, withdrawn and expired submissions have their zip deleted from our server after 30 days. You can withdraw a submission at any time before you accept an offer.

4. Sharing for free

If you tick "Share it with other stores" and we do not pay you, you give us a free, permanent and worldwide right to use, change and distribute your submission, or a module based on it, to KedaiPabz Kit stores. You keep your own rights to the code and can keep using or selling it yourself.

5. Selling to KedaiPabz

  1. Your asking price is a suggestion. We may send an offer at a different price, and you may accept it, decline it or suggest another price. Each offer has an expiry date.
  2. When you accept an offer, you give us where to send the payment. We pay within 7 working days by the method you chose.
  3. Store credit, if you choose it, is worth 20% more than the cash offer, can be used on KedaiPabz renewals and modules, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Once we have paid, you transfer to KedaiPabz all rights in the submitted module, including copyright, so we can change, rename, combine, sell and license it at any price without paying you anything more. You give up any claim against KedaiPabz or its buyers about that module.
  5. After payment you may not sell, publish or give the same code to anyone else. You may keep using it on stores you own.
  6. If we do not pay within 30 days of your acceptance, you can cancel the deal by email and no rights move.

6. Credit

If you ask for credit, we show "Idea by" with the name you chose on the Modules page and the Ideas board. Credit is a courtesy, not a right: we may shorten it or remove it if the name is misleading or offensive, or if the module is rebuilt so much that it no longer resembles your submission.

7. Your data

We store your licence number, email, store domain and what you write in the form. Payout details are encrypted and deleted once the payment is done. The payment reference and amount are kept as a business record. See the privacy policy.

8. Limits

One submission per licence per day, a single zip up to 5 MB. We may stop accepting submissions from a licence that sends spam, harmful code or someone else's work, and we may revoke a payout obtained that way.

9. Changes and law

We may publish new versions of this agreement. Each submission stays under the version you accepted, unless you accept a newer one, for example on a new offer. This agreement follows the laws of Malaysia.
