1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how KedaiPabz handles personal information associated with the KedaiPabz Kit website, licence purchases, software activation, update access and support. It does not make KedaiPabz the operator of stores created using the Kit.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Kit website and services, we may process:
- Purchase details: name, email address, selected package, order reference, payment status and receipt-related information.
- Licence information: licence number, licence key hashes or identifiers, activated domain, staging domain where supported, installation identifier, package/tier, licence status and check-in timestamps.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/request information, application version, update version and security/integrity status needed to operate licensing and updates.
- Support information: messages, troubleshooting details and files or screenshots you voluntarily provide when requesting help.
We do not need your buyer store's customer database in order to operate KedaiPabz Kit licensing. Your store data remains on infrastructure controlled by you unless you deliberately provide specific information to us for support.
3. How we use information
- process purchases and deliver licence details;
- activate and validate licences and package entitlements;
- provide software updates and determine update eligibility;
- detect licence misuse, tampering, fraud or security problems;
- provide support and respond to enquiries;
- maintain accounting, transaction and operational records;
- improve the reliability and security of KedaiPabz Kit.
4. Licence and update check-ins
Buyer installations may contact the KedaiPabz licence service periodically. A check-in can include the licence key or derived identifier, licensed domain, installation identifier, current Kit version, package entitlement information and limited integrity status required to enforce the licence agreement.
The purpose of these check-ins is to validate licence status, synchronize package access and provide eligible updates. They are not designed to copy your store's orders, customer records or wallet balances.
5. Payments and third parties
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. KedaiPabz receives the information required to identify the order and payment outcome, but payment providers may process additional information under their own privacy policies. Other third-party services you connect to your own buyer store are controlled by you and are outside this vendor privacy policy.
6. Cookies and sessions
The website may use essential cookies or session storage required for security, checkout state, authentication and normal Laravel application operation. Where non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this policy should be updated to describe them.
7. Retention and security
We retain purchase, licence and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the licence, provide updates/support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or questions about personal information associated with your KedaiPabz Kit purchase or licence, subject to applicable law and records we are required to retain. You may also ask us about the source, purpose or handling of information connected to your licence.
9. Hosting and cross-border services
Some infrastructure or service providers may process information outside Malaysia depending on the services used to operate the website, email, payments or hosting. Where relevant, we take reasonable steps to use providers appropriate for the information being processed.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Kit, licensing service or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current policy for the KedaiPabz Kit vendor service.
