FAQ
Questions buyers ask.
When do I get my licence?
Immediately. As soon as ToyyibPay confirms your payment, your licence number, both keys and the download link appear on screen and are emailed to you. If you close the page early, it's finished for you within minutes and still emailed.
Do I need to know coding?
No. You upload a zip, fill in a setup wizard and change everything else from the admin. If you'd like a hand, add the support plan.
What do I need besides the licence?
Hosting with PHP 8.3 and MySQL, a domain, and your own REDX, Xavierastore and ToyyibPay accounts. The full list is in the setup guide.
Can I use it on more than one website?
One licence runs one store on one domain. For a second store, buy a second licence. You can move a licence to a new domain with your backup key.
Can I remove "Powered by KedaiPabz"?
Starter, Pro and Ultimate must keep the footer credit. Professional+ Lifetime includes no-branding rights and is the only package exempt from the required footer credit.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, pick a different plan when you renew on the renewal page. Time you've already paid for is never lost.
Are updates really free?
Yes. Subscription plans receive updates while the licence is active. Professional+ includes lifetime stable updates plus staging/early-access updates.
I lost my keys or download link.
Use Get my keys again with your licence number and email, and we'll send them straight away.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund within 7 days if you never installed it. Details are in the terms.
