If you have more healing type enemy's like Angela or a more sustain enemy you must build sea halberd first but if you have more tank type enemy heroes build malefic roar first

by choosing rapid boots with conceal you have a slow resistance and a healing effect and you know the rest. you can choose between sea halberd and malefic roar to build first if the enemy is a healing type hero build sea halberd first but if there are more tank hero build malefic roar first

it will help you bust enemy and have more mobility
