Marcel is a support roamer who specializes in crowd control and time manipulation allowing him to freeze fights protect teammates and set up powerful team combos rather than dealing high damage himself
💪 Kekuatan
He has excellent teamfight control with his unique ultimate strong crowd control through stuns and immobilize abilities good survivability with shields and HP scaling and the ability to completely change the outcome of fights by stopping enemy engages or saving allies
⚠️ Kelemahan
He is very team dependent with low damage output requires precise timing especially for his ultimate struggles against highly mobile or immune heroes and can negatively affect his own team if skills are used at the wrong moment
🗺️ Rancangan permainan
In this phase Marcel becomes very strong in teamfights so always stay with your team and avoid being alone use your Skill 1 to immobilize enemies and create openings for your teammates save your ultimate for important fights like Turtle or team clashes and use it to stop enemy engage or trap multiple enemies try to position yourself in front to absorb damage but do not overextend always watch enemy positioning before using your ultimate and combo it with your team damage for maximum impact rotate with your jungler and help secure objectives while controlling enemies with your crowd control abilities

This build focuses on making Marcel tanky while maximizing his crowd control impact in teamfights Tough Boots help reduce crowd control effects and improve durability Thunder Belt adds extra damage and slow effect for better control Oracle increases shield and regeneration making Marcel harder to kill Dominance Ice reduces enemy attack speed and healing which is very useful in teamfights Fleeting Time helps reduce ultimate cooldown so Marcel can use his time freeze more often and Immortality gives a second chance to survive and re-engage in fights
