With a 15% Cd Reduction in your Emblem with a 25% Cd Reduction, You Got a Full Cd Reduction for Marcel Skills in Mid to Late Game. You Need Strong Defense Items, Based on Their Hero, Either: Chastise Pauldron, Blade Armor, Dominance Ice, and Radiant Armor. Thunder Belt is Useful for Dealing a slight damage and a additional Hybrid Defense in every stack. Guardian Helmet is Useful for Survivability, you should retreat the fight to heal constantly to stay alive.
